Terms of Service

Effective September 12, 2026

These terms govern access to BIDLUME, a contractor estimating and profit-intelligence service. By creating or using an account, a user agrees to use the service lawfully and only for business information the user is authorized to process.

Estimating responsibility

BIDLUME provides calculations and workflow tools. Users remain responsible for verifying quantities, labor, material pricing, taxes, permit requirements, contract language, margins, customer-facing proposals, and final bid decisions before relying on or sending an estimate.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to their credentials. Organization owners are responsible for access granted to employees, estimators, sales staff, and other authorized users.

Business data

Users retain responsibility for the business data they enter into BIDLUME. Users grant the service permission to process that data only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Availability

The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages, security events, or technical failures. BIDLUME does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and users should preserve critical contract or proposal records using appropriate business practices.

Subscriptions

Paid plan pricing, billing interval, included usage, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are presented at purchase. Subscription features may change as the service develops, subject to applicable law and any active commercial agreement.

Prohibited use

Users may not attempt to access another organization’s records, bypass authentication or security controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, or use BIDLUME for unlawful activity.

Termination and deletion

Accounts may be suspended for security threats, abuse, nonpayment, or material violations of these terms. Account owners may request cancellation and deletion of their workspace through the account administrator or support channel provided with their subscription.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product and commercial offering change. The effective date should be updated when material changes are published.

This baseline agreement is intended for product launch preparation and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial distribution.
