Privacy Policy
Effective September 12, 2026
BIDLUME processes account, company, customer, project, estimate, proposal, and payment-status information that users choose to enter into the service. The service uses this information to authenticate users, operate contractor estimating workflows, preserve revisions, and provide customer support.
Account and authentication data
Authentication is provided through Neon Auth. Session credentials are handled using secure server-side authentication mechanisms. Users should not submit passwords or authentication secrets into estimate fields or notes.
Business data
Business records are scoped to the organization that created them. BIDLUME does not intentionally sell customer or estimate data to advertisers. Authorized account users may access records associated with their organization.
Service providers
BIDLUME may rely on infrastructure, database, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and monitoring providers to operate the service. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services and subject to their own terms.
Retention and deletion
Business records may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal, backup, and fraud-prevention purposes. Account owners may request deletion of their workspace and associated application data through the account administrator or support channel provided with their subscription.
Security
BIDLUME uses organization-scoped application access, encrypted transport, managed authentication, audit records, and production monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Updates
This policy may be updated as BIDLUME adds features, service providers, or regulatory requirements. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date.
This baseline policy is intended for product launch preparation and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial distribution.
